What do these phrases mean?
the Kominiacs are fruit loops who sell A-tracks in Le Brea

Where did you see this strange sentence?

In the movie Argo 2012

It seems that this sentence sounded a little different from the original. Could you check it?

The Kominiacs are fruit loops, but they got cousins who sell prayer rugs and A-tracks on Le Brea.

The term "fruit loops" might be used there to refer to people who are nutty (crazy). (Froot Loops is an American breakfast cereal.)

A fruit loop is someone who is crazy or weird in British English. Kominiacs are probably big fans of Komini, but I have no idea what that means.

Here's the version on IMDb: The Kho-maniacs are Froot Loops, but they got cousins who sell prayer rugs and eight-tracks on La Brea.
