If somebody asks that whether I can learn(should it be learn or remember?) this number: 16543789230887665, so can I say "I can't even learn my phone numer or a poem and you are asking me to learn this number"?

Take a look at the words in bold. Fix them. Then we'll answer.

Okay I have done it please answer. I think the word is memorise not learn right?

Okay I have done it. Please answer. I think the word is 'memorise', not 'learn', right?
Right.

Please note how to use proper punctuation.

It is "memorize" in AmE.

I can't even remember my phone number and you're expecting me to memorise that long number? Fat chance!

Are 'learn' and 'remember' used correctly in 'I learned of his phone number before but can't remember it now'?

"learned of" is unnatural in that context. It means "discovered" or "to found out".

I used to know his phone number but I can't remember it now.
