Hello, I like Ian Fleming's series of books about special agent James Bond. So, I
was wondering, is it good for learning English? Does its language seem natural for today's British,
or it is obsolete? All books were written in the 50-60s.

The books will be fine for helping your comprehension but I wouldn't suggest "learning" English from them. Study English in the usual way and read lots of different newspapers, magazines and books for practice.

I read them over thirty years ago and can still remember quite a bit, so they're well written.

They are very well written. The language [unlike me] hasn't aged at all, and remains quite natural for today's British.
