See above for how you should have laid out your post.
The only correct preposition before "an exam" in this context is "for". However, if you're sure you copied the question accurately, it was a poor question because it was very badly worded.

Why is your question completely different from the one in your title?

Ah, thanks, Piscean. Since none of the choices given fitted in the gap in the title, I assumed it was an unconnected question.

Dhruvverma, as you can now see, this is a terrible question from the bank exam. The only word that works is "on" but that wasn't one of your choices! I feel very sorry for anyone taking the exam.
