Can a person say this phrase insisting he must pay for the meals (for all the people present, not just for himself)?

Is the following exchange natural:
- Here's the bill.
- Let me pay myself.
:?:

"Let me pay" or "I'll get it" or "This is on me". "Let me pay myself" is not natural.

May I say 'it's my treat'?

Did you mean "It's natural"?

I meant "Let me pay myself" is not natural. I suggested "Let me pay" or "I'll get it" or "This is on me" as natural alternatives.

Sorry, I didn't read it properly.
