1. Let's go for evening walk.
2. Let's go for the evening walk.

Neither one is correct. If it's already evening you can say Let's go for a walk. If it's earlier in the day and you want to take a walk later, say Let's go for a walk this evening. If people in the area go out walking and chatting every evening and you want to join in, you can say Let's go out for the promenade this evening. This is sadly not a tradition in any English-speaking country I know of, so the term promenade may not be widely known.
