Are there any synonyms for 'let's hit the road!"?

There are many synonyms. For example:

Depart.
Leave.
Take the road.
Start the journey.
Begin the trip.
Go away.

Those are all more formal than hit the road, which is slang. Also slangy:

Buzz off.

Scram. (Old-fashioned).

Take off (mainly a Canadianism I think.)

Let's go.
Off we go.

Can I use 'let's set out!' as a synonym? Also, I remember that in King Solomon's Mines by Rider Haggard one of the characters used to say "Now, the Track!" in the same meaning. Is the latter common?

I'd be quite baffled if I encountered "Now, the Track." Keep in mind that Haggard wrote in the 1800s and that the novel is set in Africa.

Let's split.
