1. Lisa has been here for two hours.
It means Lisa came two hours ago and she is still here.

2. Lisa has been coming here for two hours, but she is still on the way.
It means the action of coming started two hours ago and continues in the present.

3. Lisa is here with me. She came two hours ago.
It means the action of coming was completed two hours ago.

4. Lisa is here with me. She has come for two hours.
This sentence is wrong because the action of coming was completed and can’t continue.

This sentence is wrong because the action of coming was completed and can’t continue.
No, you are wrong. That sentence is possible and quite natural. It means the (intended) duration of Lisa's visit is two hours.
