Hello. Dear Teacher, could you help me transcribe the lines below correctly, please? It's said by a turtle demon in an old anime I'm transcribing. The demon's English sounds to me a wee bit Scottish (but I might be wrong). I was able to do most of his lines, but I'm still struggling with a few of them.

It is a bit hard to make out in places, even to a native speaker. Good job getting what you did out of it.

"You see, with every miserable human soul I consume, I gain another charming [...] (I'm almost sure the first letter is 'g', the word sounds to my ear like "garb' or 'gurb') on my shell (yes, sounds more like 'shelf', but that just doesn't make any sense, because he's definitely talking about his shell: somehow after devouring a human being they become part of his shell instead of dying). Each one represents an eternity [...] suffering and misery (I think it's an example of the rule of three: "an eternity of ... , suffering, and misery"; although it's really hard to make out the first word). I love to hear them suffering."

"Even with the great powers of a demon like Amon, you can't hope (well, 'hope' makes perfect sense; however, I wonder if it's corrupted or something in this case; it's just that if I had to, I'd say the last letter is 'm', not 'p') to win while..."

I have no questions about the third one, "afraid of Mumsy's seeing you as an ugly old demon?" It sounds more like 'Mumsy is', but I think that's ok.

In any case, thank you, Skrej! I really am very grateful for your help.

I heard Mumsy's seeing, which is a correct form.
