Strictly speaking, it is not grammatical, but as a cliché, it is commonly used to express, "We haven't seen each other for quite a while."
"Long time no talk" is also a common phrase. These phrases are colloquial, often used in a humorous way. I wouldn't recommend using them in a formal context.
