look with an unbiased eye

Are the following options OK in the below sentence?

- You should look to your students with an unbiased eye/impartially/fairly.

Perhaps you mean "look at".
 
With "look" the phrase "unbiased eye" works better.
With "treat," "impartially" works better.
"Fairly" doesn't really mean the same thing.
