[General] Looking for a checklist of teaching standards...

Hi all,
I know this question is not a well-founded and professional one regarding the latest methodologies and theories. However, I'd like to have your professional ideas on this issue. I'm looking for a list of standards and criteria against which the teachers performance can be assessed. (Especially the teachers teaching in a language institute.)
