Press Home to unlock the secret of the universe.
Yes. Without leaving home, you can know the universe; and without looking out of your window, you can know the Way of Heaven.
The further you go, the less you know.

OK. The phrase "press home to unlock" is borrowed from iPhone. I made the first line above.
The other parts are ideas of Laozi (translated by me into English), an ancient Chinese philosopher, who is as famous as Confucious. He is the founder of Taoism (or Taoists of later times see him as the founder of Taoism). It is a practice that I randomly speak to Siri to see whether she can correctly display on screen what I speak.

The question of this thread is whether there is another way to express "looking out of your window" - Does "seeing through your window" work the same way? I am not sure. Can "your" be dropped? I am not sure.

In English, we usually spell it Lao Tsu.

Your original "looking out of your window" is fine. It's much more natural than "seeing through your window."

You can also say:

- looking out your window
- looking out of the window
- looking out the window

They're all natural and mean the same thing.

The first line is clear enough in the context.
