Hi! What's the difference between two adverbs: loud and loudLY?

For example we say: "she spoke loudly and angrily"; but "laugh out loud".

"Loudly" is an adverb. "Loud" is an adjective.

If you laugh loudly, it refers to the volume of the laugh (the opposite of quietly).
If you laugh out loud, it means you laugh audibly, so other people can hear. It's possible to laugh silently or laugh to yourself, which would be the opposite of laughing out loud. "Out loud" means the same as "aloud".

"Loud" can be one of those adverbs called "flat adverbs". Not everyone like that, but it exists.

She shouted as loud as she could.
