If I'm presenting a project and say "we made an analysis, here are the results". Is that correct? Would it be better to say "we've made"?

Use the present perfect, but don't use "made"; "carried out" or "done" would be better.

You can if you're talking about more than one product.

I wouldn't use "products' quality" it's ugly. Why not use the much more pleasing and elegant, "the quality of the products"?

That's a valid point, one could use the present perfect, or the past perfect (depending on the context), but it's not really necessary.

How else (in which tense) would you write the sentence?

You could write this: "We carried out an analysis and found that our sales had decreased because of the quality of our products."
