Atabitaraf,

Maybe the complete definition is something like this:

What is a good-tempered person?

A good-tempered person has several qualities.

S/he is pleasant

S/he is kind

and

S/he is not easily made angry (by other people).

That is the passive; the active is:

Other people easily make her/him angry.

Passive:

S/he is easily made angry by other people.

Add not for the negative.

Dictionaries have to save space. So they cannot give

long explanations.

For example, there are signs in some countries:

English spoken here.

That is short for "English is spoken here (by the people who

work at this store)."
