"I am responsible for the management and marketing of SERICO, economics and business information website, to corporate executives and high ranking government officials."

I intended to mean, by writing the above sentence,:

1. responsible for the management of SERICO

2. responsible for the marketing of SERICO to corporate executives and high ranking government officials.

In that context, did I combine the two ideas right in the sentence above?
I am especially wondering about the use of "to" because "to" only applies to the second idea.
Does it in any way affect the first idea?

Thanks

Are you open to a complete rewrite, or do you just want to work on you original sentence?

I want to work on my original sentence, making least amount of changes.

I would appreciate any help I can get.

Thank you.

I was thinking what it would be like if I had changed "to" to "targeting".

I would like to hear your expert opinion on that

or if you have any better ideas, please enlighten me.

Thank you.

I prefer to.

Are you implying my original sentence is OK as it is without any grammatical ambiguity, for which I have looked for alternatives in the first place?

How about this:

"I am responsible for the management of SERICO's economics and business information website, and for marketing it to corporate executives and high-ranking government officials."

?
