According to the above video, many native speakers mispronounce the word "pronunciation."
Is that true?

Although I have occasionally heard native speakers say "pronounciation", I disagree with Emma's assertion that it is common. By the way, the fact that Emma says "amount of times" is a good indication that her opinions are not to be trusted because times is countable.

I'm curious how she pronounces 'pontificate'.

I'm thrown by her pronunciation of "vineyard"! I agree entirely about the first syllable but the second syllable should sound just like "yard". I checked a couple of resources online and it appears that US English uses the adapted/shortened form of "yard" (sounds like "yuhd") but from her accent, I assumed she was teaching British English.

This may be a BrE/AmE difference. Here in North America the second vowel in vineyard is a schwa. We say VINyerd.

John Christopher Wells is a British phonetician. According to Longman Pronunciation Dictionary, his recommended British pronunciation is VINyuhd; his recommended American pronunciation is VINyerd.
