And while we're at it, "If you have any questions, please let Chris or myself know" is ALSO wrong.

To decide whether 'me' or 'I' is correct, leave out the other person.

You'd say 'please let me know', not 'please let I know'. Therefore you say 'please let Chris or me know'.
