I know I've said this before, kadioguy, but don't you think that the fact that your English is in many respects better than that of the scriptwriters of these programmes, it may be time to find other sources of learning?

I think it is a real-time English radio program/programme, so there isn't a detailed script in it. I would assume that in the real world people talking in English will be like that. :-?

They do. But that doesn't mean their English is good. There's nothing wrong with that, but you shouldn't try to learn English from them.

You'd probably learn more from people who aren't pretending to be teachers — like movies or TV shows or news broadcasts. That's real-world English. Fake English teachers aren't.
