What does it mean by "3.3bn."

In my opinion, bn stands for billion. So, it means that its market value is now 3.3 billions.
 
So, it means that its market value is now 3.3 billion[STRIKE]s[/STRIKE].
We say "Three hundred, thousand, million, billion dollars", but "hundreds, thousands, millions, billions of dollars"
