I have a question in connection with "hardly any" .does it mean "absolutely noT","no other"? or does it mean "few, little" for example : "Hardly had any other artists of his time created as many works as picasso" .does it mean that no other artists had created as many works as picasso?

Hardly any means "not very many; only a few".

Don't put a space before a period ("full stop" in BrE), a comma, a semicolon, or a colon. Always put a space after each of these punctuation marks. Always capitalize the first letter of a sentence and of a proper noun like "Picasso". Here's a corrected version of your sample sentence: Hardly any of Picasso's contemporaries created as many works as he did.
