I saw a video for English learner say that we can you "I ate it" when you fell down. Is it common to say when you fell over the block or something? Also, I would love to know is there any other phrase to explain this?

No. I've never encountered it before. Do you have a link to the video?
[ 1]: Note that when we talk about something in general (here, it's learners), we use the plural (if it's countable).

Also, I would love to know is if there is any other phrase to explain this?
Are you asking about the expression or the situation you've described above?

I think Nori is talking about the expression 'eat pavement', as used by skateboarders to mean 'fall flat on your face'.

I wouldn't use it outside skateboarding circles- I had never heard it.
