This question is about Tim saying "Right~" to Moby at the above time frame in the linked video.
In this video, Tim starts off comparing regular phones and cell phones. He goes on further explaining about cell phones. At that time frame, Moby (robot) beeps waving his arms expansively, and Tim says "Right~". And then he starts talking about digital phones.
Question: My question is, why is Tim saying "Right~" to Moby? The following are my interpretations.
1) Moby is a digital thing. So he beeps and lets Tim know not to forget about mentioning digital phones.
So, Tim responds to Moby's beeping with "Right~ (I won't forget to mention them)".
2) Moby just wants to let Tim know (by beeping and waving hands) that he wants to use Tim's cell phone. (At the time frame of "01:26", Moby reaches out his hand to Tim as if he wants to say, "Give me your cell phone".)
In this case, for "right" to make sense, it should be "alright", like "Alright, just wait. Let me finish explaining, and then I'll lend you my cell phone."
3) If neither 1) nor 2) is correct, your answer.
