What does this sentence mean: All the truth in the world adds up to one big lie.
I'm not sure if I understand its meaning:oops:

As to the quote, who knows. Something or other about love. Poetry is a different kind of language, especially the kind of poet as Dylan. You can do some sort of an analysis of the song/poem and come up with a hypothesis as to what that line means.
