1. I was mesmerised with her beauty and elegance.
2. 1. I was mesmerised by her beauty and elegance.
3. 1. I was mesmerised with what she just said.
4. I was mesmerised by what she just said.

Is there a difference between these sentences? Are they all correct?

I have seen some sentences online using “with”. Is this possible?
