might or might have?

You might do your homework before you watched the football match on Tv yesterday, why didn't do it?

or

You might have done your homework before you watched the football match on Tv yesterday, why didn't do it?

Could you please tell me which one is appropriate in those sentences when talking about any case in past? Might or might have?

Neither is particularly appropriate, though 'might have' is grammatically possible. 'Could have' or 'should have' are better.
