I love this subredit; it's about things that drive people crazy, but only a bit because it's not a big deal after all. I absolutely love the juxtaposition of mildly and infuriating. I think it's beautiful.

What do you call this? I think it isn't an oxymoron, but there's something similar to it. Instead of combining words that are contradictory or antonymous, what we have here is a combination of a hyperbolically strong word (infuriating) with a word meant to weaken the word (mildly).

Understatement?

However, you're right- it is a gem.
 
Understated annoyance. :)
 
Sometimes this is referred to as 'triggered' or 'triggering', as in it triggers your OCD.
