more on proper nouns?

do you consider racial groups as proper nouns? wanna get some opinion on this. ex: White people, Black people, Brown people. is this right?



and also on academic terms , do you treated following as proper nouns/special terms:


Whiteness
Blackness

i find it strange that groups like "Europeans"," Americans", "Africans" are treated as proper nouns though. and they are cultural groups but white, black, brown people are not.

Europe, America and Africa are proper nouns to start with; white, black and brown are not.

White, black and brown here are adjectives describing the noun "people".
