Are "more than a year" and "more than one year" exchangeable?
She has lived in Paris for over a year.
I would add "for" before "more than". In your sentence, it's possible use either "a year" or "one year".
Are "over a year" and "over one year" exchangeable in "She has lived in Paris for over a year."?In addition to using Ems' suggestions, I might also naturally use the slightly shorter version:
