Is it correct to say "XYZ is our most prominent address"? Like 1) "We have several address but our most prominent address is the London one" or 2) "We have several address but our main address is the London one".

Are you trying to establish that you are fancy or important by having a London address?

What do you understand "prominent" to mean?

I think you're looking for something more like 'primary'.

Try:

We have several addresses, but our main address is the one in London.

I don't understand what you mean. People receive payments to their bank account, not to their house. Do you mean that the address linked to the relevant bank account is the one in London?

No, I am talking about our office address.

We have offices/branches all over the world; our head office is in London.
