I move to New York city next year. Will you come with me my lover.

I will go to New York city. Would you like go with me, my lover?

Which sentence is correct to say it?

Or
Are both wrong?

They are both wrong. "City" needs to be capitalized in both and the first needs to end with a question mark.

I am moving to New York City next year. Will you come with me, my lover?

I am going to New York City. Would you like to go with me, my lover?

The two sentences don't have the same meaning.

Note that, in BrE, "my lover" is a specific standard regional variant. I only associate it with people from the south-west of England. The majority of us would use "my love".
