Can I call a video clip "a MTV clip" (musical TV clip), if in that video someones are dancing and singing? If not, which phrase is appropriate?

Hi, jokaec.:)

You should use "an" instead of "a".
I don't know if it's natural or not, but I think it's understandable.

"an MTV video clip" or "a video clip from MTV" sounds better to me.

:)

No, because MTV is the name of one specific commercial media organization!

If not, which phrase is appropriate?

What's wrong with "video clip?" :)

If that video clip is about a song and dancing, can I call it "musical video clip"?

"Music video clip" sounds better.

If it is an entire song, then it is a "music video." It's only a "clip" if you are just showing part of the video.
