It's grammatical, but I find it very unnatural. I'd use teeechar's "We're not the same age".

I, too, would use "We're not the same age". However, if I were to open with "My age is different from", I'd end with "yours", not "your age" (to avoid unnecessary repetition of "age"). You could also say "We're different ages".
