[Essay] My Detective Story

For my writing assessment I need to write a detective story and I don't know what to do. I am in year 9 and I always get level 6's and I really want a level 7. I really need a good plot to start it and I need to know how to get a high level. Please help me quickly because it is due in tomorrow!
