It wouldn't have the same meaning. "In there" suggests that the speaker is indicating a building or a room. That wouldn't necessarily be suggested by "there".

"Over there" suggests that the speaker can see her and might well be indicating wherever "over there" is. "Back there" suggests that she is perhaps in a back room, potentially out of sight. "In there" suggests she is in a different room (or a different building) and, again, potentially out of sight.
