My Ideal Role Model

Where name is, there comes out the true amazing side of humanity. Name plays a powerful part in modeling good behavior. He possesses a set of character traits worthy of emulation: Name’s word is his bond. He is able to cope well with the pressures of life, relying solely on his own patience and diligent perseverance to thrive. Besides, his ambition has no limits. Having said that, he neither uses his achievements for reference, nor does he think highly of himself.

He (also) treats everyone with human dignity, and he has a great respect for other people’s privacy better than anyone else. He doesn’t like to talk about anyone behind their back, and he never mocks, teases, or fools people. He doesn’t put pressure on anyone to do what they don’t want to do. He is nice, always avoiding hurting anyone’s feelings. He cares about and listens to what other people have to say. To build strong relationships with people, he never argues to win; rather, he wants to learn and strength connections. For years, name has been supportive, and committed to build a better me. Besides, he derives genuine satisfaction from helping the poor. Name is one of a million.

Name
was, and still is, the sort of man that I really hope to develop into—a decent human being and really a great man.

Would you let me know if I have made any mistakes?

Should I pay them?
I have no idea what you're talking about! :shock:
That prompt (title) doesn't seem very natural to me. Why did you decide to write that text?

Much of it is quite unnatural; I suggest you cut out the waffle and be more direct. Also, should you not write it in the second person if you're sending it to him?

Three tips that might help me write my letter:

1 Introduce your role model to your audience.
2 Talk about how applying some of their characters help you get better.
3 Encouraging others to find and follow their own role model.

I will follow those tips. But they are not mine.

I'm still none the wiser, I'm afraid.
What are you trying to write, and who are you writing it to?

Hi teechar;

I'm going to write an open letter to my role model. Someone I really admire most.

I see. Try to be clear and concise. Write in the second person if appropriate.
