"My lovely wife's expensive car".
Is it the correct placement of possessive? Or should it be "An expensive car of my wife"? The examples are mine.

"My lovely wife's expensive car" is fine, but I'm not sure how you'd use that in a sentence. 😊

Is it that the correct placement use of the possessive apostrophe+s no question mark here or should it be "An expensive car of my wife"? The examples are mine.
Note my changes above. When giving us two options, don't split it into two sentences and start the second part with "Or". It should be just one sentence:
Is XX right or should it be YY?
Can I say XXX or do I have to say YYY?
Are we going to XXX or would you prefer to go to YYY?

One sentence, one question mark, "or" in the middle.

Please give us a complete sentence to consider. Both the options you provided were simply fragments.
