Dear teachers,

Which one of the two at the bottom is correct?

"My phone needs to be repaired."
"My phone is needed to be repaired."

Thanks.

Second one is wrong because it is not possible to put two passive forms together within one sentence, am I right? I see there are two passive forms in my second sentence i.e. 1) is needed 2) to be repaired.

Teachers! Is my understanding about the case correct?
