I would then ask him to talk to you about the possibility of me/my working there.

If my understanding is correct, "my" would make the sentence more formal, but both "my" and "me" are correct.

***NOT A TEACHER***In my humble opinion, you are 100% correct. As some teachers explain it, you are discussing "the possibility of (my) working," not discussing "the possibility of me."
