If someone achieved success, what would you say "glad for you", "happy for you" or "give you high five". The thing is some pople down my way say that the first two are incorrect.???

I wouldn't have said the other way. Are there any other ways of saying it?
 
"I'm (so) glad for you" is fine with me, though I'd probably say, "I'm (very/so) happy for you" myself.
