As we are planning to discard all the redundant items, please confirm which are needed and useful so that we can add them to the stock; otherwise, we'll discard them.

As we are planning to discard all the redundant items, please confirm which items are useful and need to be added to the stock

Please check the sentences above and advise me which one is grammatically correct?

Please allow space between words.

Aren't the redundant items originally part of the "stock"?

Please edit your post and add the missing spaces where I have marked in red, and change those words back to black. While you're there, number your sentences so that it's easier for us to respond.

No, they are not the part of the stock. We are asking a confirmation from the technical engineer since it seems that most of the items are outdated. However, they can confirm finally whether or not we can add them to the stock. so please advise me which version should I use it?

Thanks. I have edited my post.

Thanks for adding the spaces. You didn't change the words back to black - I've done it for you.

I don't find the original natural at all. I'd say something like this:

We are currently planning to discard the redundant items. However, if you tell us that any of them are needed, we will keep them and add them to our stock.
