Hello everybody!

Does "Never give up on someone you can't spend a day not thinking about" mean "Never give up on someone about whom you can't stop thinking for a (single) day" or "Never give up on someone who(m) you can't stop thinking about for a (single) day"?

Thank you.

What do you see as the difference between your two alternatives?

The only difference is that the second version uses the preposition at the end, before "for a (single) day".

Well, they mean the same, JACEK1.:-D

Is it possible to give up on someone that you think about every day?

I don't think it is possible but there is one English saying that I like very much, namely, "It's better to have loved and lost than to never have loved".

Yes, it is. By making yourself stop thinking about her/him.

There could be a difference between being obsessed about someone and loving them.
