To be honest, none of the answers seem to be an appropriate response to the given statement.

A more natural response would be something like:

"Don't worry about it."
or
"No problem. Just remember to bring it tomorrow."

It would make more sense to me if we had asked a question first in the scenario. "Oh, never mind, then" would sound more appropriate at that point. While I see that it could work, it sounds like an odd and vaguely rude response to an apology.

I think "Never mind" sounds fine. It would sound odd to me as the response to a question.

Never mind. Just bring it tomorrow.

For me, "Never mind" is the equivalent of "It doesn't matter", "Don't worry about it", "That's OK".

Since you're new I should point out that we generally like you to indicate which you think is right, or which ones you can rule out - ie. some evidence that you've thought about it.
In this case, it hasn't done you any harm, but this won't always be the case.
