Hello, I'm new to forum i never use any forum before and i totally don't know how to use forum.

My English is very weak, i don't know grammar. I can't express my thoughts in english.
i don't know some very basic things like could would etc. basic grammar.

Please Help me!!!
Thanx

Welcome to the forum. :hi:

Here are some basic rules:

Always capitalise the word "I" (first person singular).
Start every sentence with a capital letter.
End every sentence with a single, appropriate punctuation mark.
Capitalise proper nouns (English, India, Hindi, Shakespeare, Microsoft).

The word "thanx" does not exist. The word you need is "Thanks".

Spend some time reading lots of other posts on the forum so that you can see how it works.

Things like "could/would" are not basics. They are modals and they are difficult. Do not worry about them yet. You need to improve the basics.

There is no need to write a new post just to say "Thank you". It makes us think there is new information or a follow-up question and we spend time opening the thread. Simply click on the "Thank" button at the bottom left-hand corner of any post you find helpful.

Please tell me more about could, would usage? & also how to use ain't?

No. You are not ready for modals (could, would etc). Learners should not use the word "ain't".

okay so what should i learn first?? i am really confused.
what is best method for learn english fully?

A good first step would be to rewrite post #7, following the basic rules you were given in post #2.

Hello, notorious.:-D

You're using a very interesting username.
What are you notorius for?:)

What should I learn first?

***** NOT A TEACHER *****

Hello, Well-known: (I have just read that in older English, the word "notorious" could be used in a positive manner meaning "well-known.")

In my opinion, the first thing for a learner to fully understand is all the uses of the special verb "to be."

I have noticed that some learners never understand "to be" completely. So they often make mistakes when asking questions or making the negative. They have the mistaken idea that they need to use the auxiliary verbs "do," "does," or "did." Please study these examples that I have made up:

Declarative sentences: Notorious is a good student. Notorious was hungry yesterday. Notorious will be at school tomorrow.
Negative sentences: Notorious is not a bad student. Notorious was not hungry. He will not be at the park tomorrow.
Questions: Is Notorious a student? / Will Notorious be at school tomorrow?
Progressive: Notorious is reading this post.
With modals: Notorious is not here. He may be at home.

I know that you are eager to learn other verbs, for "to be" is so "boring." But if you do not learn "to be" very well, you will never have complete confidence in your English.

Best of luck,

James

I still think it would be better for notorious to do what I asked in post #8.

So do I, mainly because I was the one who bothered to write out those rules in post #2. :-D
