What's the context? Is it a person with an empty nightlife, or a place?
"Empty nightlife" is not a common English collocation, but it shouldn't be too hard to guess its meaning from the context.

Hi shabany

IMO you may say "I lead a dissipated night life." or "a frivolous night life"/"a futile night life"

That sounds like more of a full nightlife! To me, an empty nightlife implies a person sitting at home who never goes out. (Hence the need for context).
'Empty' probably means "empty of fun", not "empty of worth."

What an error of judgment!!!

There must be context. You didn't dream the phrase. Was it spoken or written? Under what circumstances did you encounter the phrase.

Do you want to back that up with an argument, or some form of evidence? Or are you simply asserting that your judgement about an English phrase is inherently more likely than mine?

Do you really think I'm a budgerigar?

I've never thought of you as a small Australian parrot of any kind. Is "budgerigar" a slang term I don't know about?

yes, I saw it in a coursebook as a collocation exercise, mostly adjective+noun phrases one of which was ____ nightlife.

Hi!

I've seen good, great, lively, vibrant + nightlife.

There are many adjectives you could put there. Nothing suggests itself to me as being the obvious answer for a collocation.
