Hello everyone,

From the book Choose Your Story, Change Your Life by Kindra Hall.

Another time, we had saved some money to finally do a long- planned remodel project on our home. At this point, our son was about to turn one, and I was four months pregnant with our daughter. I had gone to New York City for my second time ever to attend an exclusive event for ambitious entrepreneurs. After days and days of dreaming big, I was struck with a realization that, while I had all these big dreams, I didn’t have any time that was my own to make them come true. I stayed home with our son and would do the same with our daughter, and being a full-time stay-at-home mom leaves very little time to make big business dreams come true.
I remember sneaking out of the ballroom where the event was being held—no one thought twice about it; I’d been peeing incessantly all week—and called Michael.

Does "no one thought twice about it" in this context mean no one paid attention to it?
