I'm working by email with a native english professor. He apologized for taking some time to proofread my work (but I don't think it's so long).
How can I say (in a quite polite way) that it's not a problem ?

Can I say : "No problem for the delay" ?

Yes. it's OK.

It's OK, but by using "the delay", you're reinforcing his idea that there has been a delay. And he will always think that this length of time is a delay even though you forgive him for it.
You could say, "That's fine. There was no delay."

I agree with Raymott. If the professor didn't mention the word "delay", then you shouldn't. If he said "Sorry it took me so long to proofread your work", just accept the apology.
