I want to end my email with some sentences to tell the other party that if no reply is received, I will assume that he is not interested in my offer/stuff mentioned in the email.

I thought of something like "No reply needed if you are not interested.", "If I do not receive any reply within 3 days, I would just assume that you are not interested." (not sure if these sentences are appropriate?)

How do I do it appropriately? Please suggest some closing sentences that I can use. Preferably with deadline.

Thanks!

The first one isn't necessary - you can assume the receiver won't bother if he/she isn't interested. It would be nice of the person to respond to say "no thank you" but don't be surprised if they don't.

The second version gives the person a deadline. It implies you are holding the item from them for three days. After three days, you will make it available to others. Change it a little, though: If I do not receive a reply within three days, I will assume you are not interested.

("Will" for future here, not "would," and "a" reply, not "any" and no need to use "just."

The first might sound a bit rude. Could you say This offer/deal, eyc, is valid until xxx?
