It's OK if you're expressing astonishment at the absence of a second suggested helper. The inclusion of the word "else" suggests that someone has already been asked and has refused to help or that the speaker doesn't want to it and is suggesting the person ask someone else."Do you have nobody else to help you?"
Is the sentence of mine correct if I am expressing astonishment at the absence of a helper.
